I've used these guys about 5 years now. My lawn looks great! People ask me what I put on my lawn to make it so green? I tell them my Green Guys do it! All Green Pest and Lawn are the Best! Thank you guys!!

This company corrected part of the problem, (i.e. bitter-sweet), I believe ignoring/deflecting the fact that their office staff was negligent in their methods of reporting a measly $79 debt to their collection agency which ultimately led to a ding on my credit report… The crux of the problem born from improper billing procedures… All Green Pest Control was billing the wrong persons due to whatever was defected in their own office at the time of service.I'd originally called this company 5 years ago to provide an extermination service on a rental property… At the time of inquire I gave them my credit-card information and instruction to contact renters to schedule the service… IT"S NOW FAIR TO OBSERVE: We've confirmed they had all of the correct phone numbers provided to them (i.e. tenants number for scheduling) and my number being the owner of the property, we know this because they recited my number back to me within in their own confusion 5 years later when I called to investigate the problem arriving on my credit report… This company was completely (a-sea) as-per their confusions regarding who owned the property and who were the tenant's, which was the companies over-site not my over-site, NOT MY JOB TO KEEP RECORDS & TAKE NOTES FOR THIS COMPANY, although they tried to go down this deflective path hinting that I might have given them bad information... The problem with that theory was them reciting my actual correct phone numbers directly out of their own records within their confusion on the day of my investigation of this matter, they obviously had the correct info (my phone number announced right out the receptionists mouth) as she attempted to figure out the dual phone numbers while looking at her own books, they obviously did not detail-note their own records properly, they failed to contact the actual owner of the property for a service that's still in question in my mind, with more valid questions as follows... … The house in question had been sold years ago, dating all the way back to the time of service whereas I paid All Green Pest Control for a prior service with a credit card… I suspect this company may have visited the property (Suspect sneaky Unauthorized follow-up services ? ? ? ), CONSIDER, how lots of companies (in this day and age) they'll attempt to set things up on automatic billing & service programs until we call to formally cancel services, I think they probably attempted something like this whereas my low-limit credit card declined and they sent me to collections within their own dysfunctions of calling the wrong phone number, and billing letters sent to the wrong destination (house sold tenants long gone)… I don’t really know or remember all the details, (5 years ago ? ?), the house was sold during the same month of service, I do know it was obvious sloppy office work on the part of this company which resulted in a lot of time and hassle for a lot of people including becoming a major hassle for (All Green Pest Control themselves), all of this over a measly $79 fee not worth anybodies time to fuss with... On a more positive note, I spoke with Chris Barlow from this company, I also spoke with the receptionist-lady last week regarding this issue surrounding the original trivial $79/fee that was not worth anybodies time or stress to haggle over... Both representatives from this company lent a patient ear to my complaints and ire regarding this issue on my credit report, I'll give them some credit for their efforts on this point! All Greens Pest Control have taken time and care to mitigate this issue in partial in-as-much as removing all late fees and collection fees... I'm still not thrilled about the origination of the blunder, I think the root of the problem was ignored, I think they should have washed the entire trivial $79/bill away on account of their own internal billing gaff and ensuing grief caused by their own peoples neglect... On the positive note, consider it resolved, hopefully with corrective steps by this company avoiding this type of inconvenience in the future

Very good customer service, always here when they say they will be, courteous and efficient. We have used them for pest control for a couple of years now and are very pleased.

Started lawn care this week and so it’s been great. They have a great price and friendly office staff. They came out the day after I called and the technician explained everything. So far so good!!
